At CinnaCrumb Bakery, every order is baked fresh with care. Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns. Please review the following refund policy:

1. All Sales Are Final

Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned or refunded. You can reschedule your order for pickup or delivery once.

2. Order Errors

If we make a mistake with your order (wrong item, missing item, etc.), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We will gladly offer a replacement, or a credit..

3. Damaged or Lost Packages

We package all items carefully for shipping. However, once a package is with the carrier, we cannot control delays or damages.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours with photos, and we will work with you to find a solution.

4. Allergy Notice

Customers are responsible for reviewing our Allergy Disclaimer before placing an order. Refunds will not be given due to undisclosed allergies.
