Welcome to CinnaCrumb Bakery! By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Orders & Preorders
All items are baked fresh to order.
Preorders must be placed through our website by the deadlines listed.
We reserve the right to update menus and availability at any time.
2. Payment
All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store your full payment details.
3. Pickup & Delivery
Pickup times and locations will be clearly stated at checkout.
Local delivery is available within Sooke, Langford & Victoria, for an additional fee.
Customers must ensure someone is available at the agreed delivery time; missed deliveries may not be refunded.
4. Shipping
We currently ship within Canada
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers. Once an order leaves our bakery, transit times are outside our control.
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the carrier.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are final.
Refunds are only offered if we make an error with your order.
Cancellations must be requested at least 3 days before the scheduled pickup/shipping date.
6. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Our products are made in a kitchen that processes wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy.
While we do our best, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products. Customers with severe allergies should use caution.
7. Liability
By purchasing, you acknowledge that CinnaCrumb Bakery is not responsible for any adverse reactions caused by ingredients, allergens, or misuse of products.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date..
